Integrity in Leadership

Dear Men,

Welcome to session 4 with pastor Randy Greer. As men of God, we are called to pursue personal holiness, integrity, and character. If we are going to these traits then we need to realize that while salvation is surrender, sanctification is war. No man will cruise their way into becoming a man of integrity, holiness, or character without a battle; neither can man simply think their way to integrity or holiness simply by going to church or memorizing Bible scriptures. As pastor Greer says, “It’s about progress, not perfection.”

This pursuit begins in our private, intimate times with the Lord. You are a leader to yourself, family, children, and the church. You are an example at work, and at play. Because much of your life is public, you must keep a close eye on – and continually cultivate your integrity.

“If we ignore any erosion in our integrity, we could find ourselves in the rubble of our own implosion.” – pastor Matthew Capps.

Pastor Greer will share about securities, service and suffering and challenge men to rise above mistakes and failures and keep pressing on and pressing into the men that God has created you and I to be.

1 Timothy 4:16 (NLT)” Keep a close watch on how you live and on your teaching. Stay true to what is right for the sake of your own salvation and the salvation of those who hear you.”

I hope that you enjoy pastor Greer’s challenge to you this week. Keep pressing forward in integrity!
